Social Security Looking for Feedback to Move Forward

Under the regulations of 2018’s Evidence Act the Social Security Administration, as a federal agency,  is required to seek public input into how they are doing and as to how they can improve policies and procedures. The SSA has put out a request for information from you that will be part of what is termed a “learning agenda’ plan that will address and determine policy in the coming years.

All comments and suggestions are welcome and could pave the way to the creation of new pilot projects or could simply help the agency run more smoothly and better address the needs of public its serves. You can submit your comments online, by fax, or by mail but are asked to use only one method.

To post your comment on-line you can go here http://www.regulations.gov.

You can fax them at 410-966-2830, and you can mail  your suggestion to the Office of Regulations, Social Security Administration, 3100 West High Rise Building, 6401 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland 21235-6401.
